He spent 17 year (from 1985) at Department of Quantum Electronics of Vilnius University as engineer, PHD student and researcher. Donatas joined Light Conversion since 1995 as physicist, service engineer. He is deputy director since 2006. 演讲摘要:Short historical overview of establishment of Light Conversion will be presented. Laser science and early experience in manufacturing of scientific and industrial femtosecond and picosecond lasers and optical parametric amplifier systems will be discussed. Light Conversion broadened its representation network over the all continents and most important markets. Representation and experience of Light Conversion products in Chinese market will be overviewed. New lasers, OPA, OPCPA, spectrometers and measurement devices developments enables offering almost all fs laser-based equipment for spectroscopy from the single manufacturer hands. Light Conversion femtosecond Yb-lasers are used for industrial applications for more than ten years. Long term experience of its products is discussed. New applications of femtosecond lasers will be presented. High power kilo- and multi-kilo-hertz OPCPA systems based on Light Conversion products will be presented also.

个人简介:CEO NorthLab Photonics AB (瑞典)。Per Karlsson (CEO) graduated from the KTH Royal Institute of Technology in 1994 with a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. He started his career by joining Toshiba in Japan where he worked with design of manufacturing equipment for the semiconductor industry. Prior to co-founding Northlab Photonics in 2008, he served as a Business Development Manager, Product Manager, and Vice President for Sales and Marketing with Ericsson from 1998 to 2005. His expertise was then tapped by Accture Technologies in 2005 where he acted as president until 2008 when he co-founded Northlab Photonics, a fast-growing company focused on products and services for the photonics and fiber optics industry. NorthLab Photonics is a competence center for advanced fiber preparation, splicing, glass/fiber processing and FBG manufacturing solutions. 演讲摘要:Heat-sensitive materials, such as polymers, are used increasingly in various industrial sectors such as medical device manufacturing and organic electronics. Femtosecond lasers are an enabling technology for micromachining of these materials since it is possible to machine ultrafine structures with minimum thermal impact and very precise control over material removed. In this paper, we provide an overview of machining heat-sensitive materials using Spirit® HE laser. In particular, we show how the laser parameters (e.g. laser wavelength, pulse duration, applied energy and repetition rate) and the processing strategy (gas assisted single pass cut vs. multi-scan process) influence the efficiency and quality of laser processing.

个人简介:教授,北京工业大学激光工程研究院院长 (北京) 王璞,中组部“千人计划”入选者,北京工业大学激光工程研究院教授、博士生导师,北京市特聘教授,理学博士。2009年11月由英国南安普顿大学回国加入北京工业大学激光工程研究院,建立“高功率光纤激光器”实验室。2009年至今,主持国家自然科学基金重点项目、国家自然科学基金面上项目、北京市自然科学基金等多个项目。现任中国光学学会理事,《High Power Laser Science and Engineering》与《红外与激光工程》等杂志的编委。在Optics Letters、 Optics Express等国际知名学术期刊上发表SCI收录论文40余篇,获得国家授权专利10余项,并多次在美国CLEO、欧洲CLEO 和Europhoton 等国际国内会议上作特邀报告及会议报告。

演讲题目:《千瓦级光纤耦合半导体激光器在激光焊接和熔覆中的应用》

演讲摘要:大功率光纤耦合半导体激光器相比于光纤激光器及YAG激光器等激光加工方式具有更高的电光转换效率,光斑能量分布更均匀等特点,是热传导焊、熔覆、激光成型等应用领域中更具有性价比优势的加工方式。 在热传导焊方面,BWT千瓦级光纤耦合半导体激光器输出光纤为300μm,光斑近似平顶分布,在保证焊缝质量的同时降低了对工装夹具精度的要求。非常适用于不锈钢薄板的焊接。 在激光熔覆方面,光纤耦合输出的千瓦级半导体激光器充分发挥了柔性加工的优势,降低了操作的复杂性,尤其在小工件的熔覆和移动式修复的应用中优势明显。 除上述应用外,千瓦级光纤耦合半导体激光器在复合焊接、激光成型等领域也得到了应用。相信随着光纤耦合输出半导体激光器功率的进一步提高,亮度的进一步提升,大功率光纤耦合半导体激光器会在更多的工业生产应用中发挥作用。

演讲题目:《自适应光学高功率激光与焦斑控制》

演讲摘要:The development in high-power and ultra-intense lasers aims at achieving the highest laser intensity on the target. This requires to accurately control both spectral phase to get the shortest pulse and spatial phase to get the smallest focused spot. The spatial phase is controlled using adaptive optics systems with both a wavefront sensor to measure spatial phase and a deformable mirror to correct it. This adaptive optics system is commonly placed at the output of the laser chain and it now becomes a standard feature on high-power laser chains. The latest development on this topic is the introduction of phase retrieval algorithms, which is proposed. These algorithms, by using a deformable mirror, wavefront sensor and focal spot camera, allow to measure aberrations from the optics located downstream of the wavefront sensor and to compensate for these aberrations in a single step. Using this technique, the focal spot can be optimized.
